2. Subject
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER's website, luvlerry.com.
3. Product and Payment
The type, quantity, sale price, payment method and delivery details of the product are as stated in the order summary. The stated prices are valid until the end of the relevant campaign or while stocks last. The total amount, including taxes, is shown to the BUYER at the time of ordering.
4. Delivery
Following payment confirmation, products are generally dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery is made to the address specified by the BUYER via the contracted courier company. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination region.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. 6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health and hygiene (for example, earrings) may fall outside the scope of the right of withdrawal once their packaging is opened, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
7. Resolution of Disputes
In any disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER's place of residence are authorized, within the monetary limits set by the applicable legislation.
By confirming the order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
